Requirements to a business plan:
- Business plan in Microsoft Word, including the following:
- General description: idea, implementation, entrepreneur experience assess (if applicable);
- Monetization strategy description;
- Description of potential clients or users;
- Estimating potential competitors;
- Your own competitor advantages estimation.
- Supposed promotion channels of the future (marketing strategy);
- Project evaluation plan schedule;
- Supposed amount of investment (spending structure), investors presence;
- Time frames for investment pay off period;
- Income/spending (quaterly schedule);
- o Viability of the project placement at Business incubator;
Requirements to the presentation:
- Project presentation in MS Office Power Point (4-15 slides)
